Choosing a Catholic Education is one of the greatest gifts you can give your child. You make the commitment to the highest academics, a safe environment, a faith-based curriculum, surrounding your child with excellent teachers, and so much more.
St. Mary’s Parish School does not charge the actual cost it requires to educate a student. We recognize the sacrifice Catholic education can have on families and provide multiple resources for financial assistance.
St. Mary’s Parish School accepts students of all faiths and does not discriminate based on race or nation of origin. All are welcome to attend our school. St. Mary’s does, however, have the option to deny enrollment based on academic and conduct history.
The following payment processing fees are charged during the application & enrollment process by FACTS.
Current Student Re-Enrollment Application: $10
New Student Application: $20
A FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment application fee: $45 per family.
St. Mary’s Parish School Enrollment/Re-Enrollment Registration Fee: $200 per child, non-refundable.
St. Mary’s Parish School will not be charging a Technology Fee for school year 2025 – 2026.
2025 – 2026
The 2025-2026 rate remains unchanged at:
Full day tuition rate: $7,000.00
Half day tuition rate: $4,000.00
Financial Aid & tuition discounts do not apply to children in this program.

The tuition rate for the 2025 – 2026 school year is $6,590.00
The application process is open for Diocesan and St. Mary’s Parish School Financial Assistance for the 2025 – 2026 school year. We encourage all families with students in grades K – 8 to apply as soon as possible as funds are limited and are on a first-come first-serve basis. Diocesan and St. Mary’s Parish School Financial Assistance is applied towards tuition.
Financial assistance in the form of grants and scholarships are available to eligible families with students enrolled in Kindergarten – Grade 8, who apply online. The Diocese of Springfield uses an independent consultant, FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment, to evaluate family financial need. Anyone whom wishes to be considered for tuition assistance from the Diocese and St. Mary’s Parish School for the 2025 – 2026 school year must apply at online.factsmgt.com. Families need to submit only one application to cover all of their children enrolled in Diocesan schools. The application fee is $45.
