Assistance Options

We believe that any student who wants to attend St Mary’s should be provided that opportunity. As a private Catholic school, we recognize that the cost of attending may be a challenge. We take this challenge seriously and work hard for our families.

The Financial Assistance process is separate from the admissions process. Financial Assistance decisions will only be made after a student has applied to and been accepted to St. Mary’s Parish School.

The Diocese of Springfield provides, on a limited basis, financial assistance to students entering kindergarten through Grade 8 with documented financial need. Awards are based on the applicant’s ability to pay tuition as determined by the information submitted on the application form to the FACTS Management Company. You must apply online in order to be considered for assistance.

Our goal is to always find a way to make a Catholic education possible.

Apply at online.factsmgt.com. The application deadline is May 1, 2024.

Several instructional videos have been created to aid in the completion of the application.  Click the below links to learn about that topic.  The video will play in a new window.  Each video is password protected which will display when you hover over the link.
