Application Process

Enrollment & Re-Enrollment for the 2026–2027 School Year is now open in FACTS!

FACTS Management Company is a Nelnet-owned (NYSE: NNI) service provider that specializes in tuition management, financial aid assessment, and administrative technology for over 12,000 private, faith-based, and K–12 schools. The entire admissions application and enrollment process is an online process where families create a family portal that allows for them to apply for admission, enroll, set up a tuition payment plan and apply for financial aid. Once enrolled, families can track student grades, attendance and be notified of any alerts or messages from the school.

Kindergarten Applications

The Kindergarten application process requires that the prospective student participate in a screening process. Ms. Lacasse and Mrs. Groh have reserved early April 2026 for this screening. More details to come.

Parents will have the opportunity to meet with the principal and other school members. Students will experience the excitement of the classroom.

Visitation Days

The best way to decide if St. Mary’s Parish School is the right choice for your child is to visit our campus and learn more about our curriculum, extracurricular activities, and Catholic Christian environment. The admissions process includes a tour of our campus on Visitation Days. However, if you are unable to attend a Visitation Day, arrangements may be made for a tour and discussion of our programs. Please contact Mrs. Anne Pellan-Shea to schedule a tour. On-site parking is available.
