The St. Mary’s Parish School Advancement Office functions to advance the mission of the school by creating awareness, building relationships, generating support for academic programs, faculty recruitment and retention, facility enhancement, and tuition assistance. This is achieved through the combined efforts of alumni relations, development, grants, and friendships with the community.

The money raised at this year’s auction will benefit the education of our students. This year we’re hoping to purchase some new technology including SMART Boards and SMART TVs for the classrooms.
Our event theme this year is Dr. Seuss’s “Oh the Places You’ll Go” and we’re expecting over 400 supporters! We are currently accepting donations and hope you can be a part of this wonderful community event. If you’re interested in making a donation, please click here. We’re also accepting donations of products, gift cards or services from your business to use as auction and raffle items; all donations are greatly appreciated and are tax deductible.
Tee it up at our annual golf tournament—a fun-filled way to support our school while spending a relaxing day on the course with great friends. The tournament is played in a best-ball scramble format with four-person teams. A dinner reception follows. Golfers and non-golfers welcome!
